I  have experienced during the past several years that electrical vehicle projects are gaining much attention amongst students which is obvious for today’s world’s trend toward sustainable green transportation system. Interaction with such enthusiastic students from various  engineering branches, as well as other interested peoples made me  realize that despite of numbers of books and resources available,  students are facing problem for getting started for their Electric  Vehicle Project. So I decided to design such curriculum that fits in one  bucket to suit all kind of EV enthusiastic students.

The "Electrical Vehicle Crash Course" is an online course that provides a comprehensive overview of electric vehicle technology and design. The course is designed for students who are interested in learning about electric vehicle technology, as well as those who are interested in building their own electric vehicle project.

The course covers a wide range of topics related to electric vehicle design, including how to start an electric vehicle project, how to find the required motor power for a given performance, how to find the gear ratio, how to calculate current, torque and efficiency, how to find vehicle speed and battery capacity, and how to calculate running costs.

The course includes demonstrations of BLDC (Brushless DC) Motors, Throttle, PMDC (Permanent Magnet DC) Motors and other essential components to start an electric vehicle project.

The "Electrical Vehicle Crash Course" is suitable for school students, diploma engineering and degree engineering students, as well as anyone who is interested in learning about electric vehicle technology.
